Eleventh European Big Data Management & Analytics Summer School (eBISS 2023)
Participant Posters
As a summer school participant you are entitled to participate in the poster session. The participation is mandatory for DEDS (Poster Session 1) and BDMA (Poster Session 2) students. This is a good opportunity to do some networking and mingle with others.
Thus, we ask you to prepare a poster and present it during the poster session. The poster should be A1 size in vertical format (841 mm in height x 594 mm in width). The font type should be easily legible and sized to be readable at a distance of several feet or 2 to 3 meters.
10 minutes before the start, please, address yourself to the poster area and put your poster up in the allocated places. During the poster session, get around and ask questions, but be sure there is always at least one person around your poster to answer questions about your work.
The poster should include the title, full name of the authors and contact information for the presenting author(s). About its content, it should contain key points about state-of-the-art, the scientific goals, the solution approach and methodology and its impact/performance in your conclusions. Figure legends are essential and should be short but informative.
