Tasting Italian food
The dinners will be organized around the city in order to taste the typical dishes of Romagna, which is considered one of the best Italian cuisines.

Ravenna
On Wednesday afternoon we will visit Ravenna and its magnificent mosaics (www.ravennamosaici.it/en/).
We then enjoy the sunset on the beach, having dinner in one of the bathing establishments on the Adriatic coast.
Malatestiana Library
On Thursday afternoon we will visit the Malatestiana library (www.comune.cesena.fc.it/malatestiana-antica).
It was named after the local aristocrat Malatesta Novello, it is significant for being the first civic library in Europe. The library was inscribed in UNESCO's Memory of the World Register in 2005.
