The BDMA program has finished the current funding from the European Commission. Therefore, there will NOT be an opening for applicants in September-October 2024. We are currently looking for alternative funding opportunities to continue the program. We will publish on our website any new possibilities that we may find in this regard.

Home \ FAQ \ How do I provide a reference letter?

  1. Contact a VIP professor who knows you (e.g., he/she lectured you in some course), and ask him/her whether he/she is wiling to do it.
  2. Introduce his/her data in the corresponding form.
  3. The professor will get an e-mail asking him/her to fill a brief report (4-5 questions) about you.
  4. The professor uploads the file into the system.
  5. You get an e-mail stating that the report has been uploaded.
  6. We may contact him/her for clarification or further information about you.
