Introduction

Visual BioMaze is the visualization framework of the BioMaze project. Although it was
developed under the BioMaze project , the visualization framework can be used separately. The aim of the Visual BioMaze
project is to provide a generic graph visualization tool, i.e., a framework able to show any kind of graphs,
having any kind of associated graphical representation and any kind of graph layout algorithms.

Compliance with Eclipse

Note that the Visual BioMaze Framework accepts Eclipse version from 3.1 RC2 for Mac OS, Linux, and
Win32 platforms.

Download the Visual BioMaze 1.1.10 prototype for Eclipse
|
|
You can download the Visual BioMaze prototype with the Eclipse Update Manager.
You need to install Eclipse, the Snow project and
the GEF library.
1. Open the Help Menu and select Software Update, Find and Install. 2. Select Search for new features to install
3. Add an Update Site
4. Select the Visual BioMaze Tool to install
